Terms of Service

PeptideRails provides payment-processing infrastructure and operational tooling for peptide brands — helping merchants prepare applications, submit documentation, undergo underwriting review, and manage live processing accounts. PeptideRails is not a bank, acquirer, card network, payment processor, law firm, medical provider, or regulatory authority.

You must be an authorized representative of the business you apply on behalf of, and you must provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Approval, pricing, reserves, payout timing, volume limits, supported payment rails, and account terms depend on your business profile, product category, documentation, underwriting review, and the requirements of partner banks and processors. Any terms presented are proposals and are subject to change until a final agreement is accepted and an account is boarded.

You agree to provide truthful information and documentation, to operate in compliance with applicable laws and card-network rules, and to maintain accurate product, refund, fulfillment, and support information. You are responsible for the lawful operation of your business and the products you sell.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited, restricted, or misrepresented activity may result in declined applications, suspended access, or terminated accounts.

Any processing rates, reserves, and fees applicable to a live account are set out in the proposal and final agreement for that account, not in these terms.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideRails disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms and may suspend or terminate access where necessary. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
