Frequently asked questions

What is PeptideRails?
Payment-processing infrastructure built for peptide brands. We take you from “I need processing” to a live processing path — application, documentation, underwriting review, and account management — and then help you monitor volume, reserves, and payouts.
Who is it for?
Peptide brands that need reliable card and ACH processing, and the brokers and partners who refer them. Merchants can apply directly or be submitted by a partner with a referral code.
How do I start?
Start an application with just your brand name. We capture a few details, then generate the document checklist specific to your business. You can save and resume any time with the secure link we email you.
What documents will I need?
It depends on your business, but typically: government ID for owners, proof of address, formation documents, an EIN letter, bank and (if applicable) processing statements, your website and product list, COAs or third-party testing, and your refund, shipping, and support policies. The platform shows you exactly what’s required and what’s still missing.
What happens after I apply?
Our team reviews your file, may request anything missing, and prepares a proposal. Approved files are sent to a partner bank or processor for underwriting. Once final terms are accepted, your account is boarded and goes live.
Why is this better than a generic payment broker?
Every file is reviewed by real people, you always know your status and next step, and you work with the team that manages the processing relationship directly — not an opaque broker chain.
What is PeptideRails not?
We are not a bank, acquirer, card network, processor, law firm, medical provider, or regulatory authority. Approval, pricing, reserves, payout timing, and terms depend on your profile, documentation, underwriting, and partner requirements.
