About PeptideRails
PeptideRails is a payment-solutions broker that works with independently licensed U.S. acquiring banks. We do not directly process payments. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
Eligibility
To apply, you must represent a U.S.-based business, be authorized to apply on its behalf, and accurately represent your business and product offerings. We board only businesses that meet our compliance standards (LegitScript-aligned, BRAM-compliant). Acceptance is subject to underwriting.
Application process
Submitting an application does not create a contractual relationship. All applications are subject to underwriting review. We may decline any application for any lawful reason. We may also revoke conditional approval if material information was misrepresented.
Won't-board guarantee
If our statement audit shows we cannot lower your total cost of ownership in year one, we will not onboard you. This guarantee applies to merchants who provide complete and accurate processing statements as part of the audit. It does not commit us to any specific savings number.
Pricing
We do not publish a public rate card. Pricing is calculated against your existing processor statement and disclosed in writing before signing. Pricing is contingent on the accuracy of information you provide and your continued compliance with card-network rules.
Statement audit
Documents submitted through the statement-audit channel are confidential. We do not share them with third parties beyond our underwriting team. NDA available on request.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or services to (a) submit false or misleading applications, (b) attempt to circumvent our compliance review, (c) interfere with site availability, or (d) violate any law or card-network rule.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about content accuracy, application outcomes, processor-network rules, or any third-party information referenced on the site (including LegitScript and Mastercard BRAM materials). PeptideRails does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideRails will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services.
Intellectual property
The PeptideRails name, logo, marks, and content are the property of PeptideRails. LegitScript is a trademark of LegitScript LLC. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are trademarks of their respective owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PeptideRails is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the site. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
