This Privacy Policy describes how PeptideRails ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit peptiderails.com or apply for merchant services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, business name, website, email, phone number (optional), processing volume, and information about your current payment processor. When you submit a processing statement for audit, we collect that document.
We also collect information automatically through standard web analytics: pages viewed, referring URL, browser type, IP address, and similar diagnostic data.
How we use information
We use the information you submit to underwrite your merchant application, prepare a quote, communicate with you about your application, and improve our services. We do not sell your information.
How we share information
To complete underwriting, we share applicant information with our acquiring bank partners and compliance vendors (including LegitScript). We require those partners to maintain confidentiality. We do not share your information for marketing purposes with third parties.
Statement-audit confidentiality
Statements you submit through our audit form are reviewed only by our underwriting team. We do not contact your current processor. NDA available on request.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for session management and analytics (Google Analytics). You can disable cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We retain applicant information for the duration of any business relationship plus seven years thereafter (for regulatory compliance). You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@peptiderails.com.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. To exercise these rights, email privacy@peptiderails.com.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email to applicants on file and via a notice on this page.
